Instagram and TikTok Wrapped: see your year in numbers
Every December, Spotify Wrapped fills everyone’s stories. Instagram and TikTok don’t offer anything as complete: Instagram has no personal yearly recap, and the recaps TikTok has shown in some years and countries stay limited.
Yet your data is all there, in the export both apps must give you. Here’s how to turn it into your own Wrapped, in a minute, without an app or password.
What your Wrapped shows
In FollowersChecker, the Wrapped tab plays a full-screen story built from your export:

How to get it, step by step
- TikTok: ☰ → Settings and privacy → Account → Download your data, format JSON, then download the file when it’s ready.
- Instagram: ☰ → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Export your information, format JSON, date range All time.
- Drop the ZIP into FollowersChecker and open the Wrapped tab.
- Tap Download story image to share it on your stories.

- Counts (likes, videos, messages, searches) come straight from your export.
- Watch time is an estimate based on the number of videos watched: the export doesn’t record how long you watched each one.
- Scroll distance is a fun estimate, not a measurement.
- Your numbers depend on what each platform includes in your export. Instagram, for example, keeps a shorter viewing history than TikTok.
Private by design
